Smartphone brand Vivo has officially announced the launch date for its latest device, the Vivo V50, in Malaysia. The much-anticipated smartphone will be unveiled on March 13, 2025, through multiple official platforms, including YouTube, allowing fans to witness the launch event in real-time.

Under the theme “ZEISS Portrait So Pro,” Vivo is reaffirming its dedication to offering a high-quality mobile photography experience. A notable shift in this lineup is the inclusion of the ZEISS camera system in the standard model, whereas previous iterations primarily featured this enhancement in the Pro versions.
The Vivo V50 is equipped with three 50MP ZEISS cameras, designed to elevate photography capabilities. Two of these cameras are positioned on the rear, while the third is dedicated to selfie functionality, ensuring professional-grade imaging across different scenarios.

One of the standout photography features in the Vivo V50 is the ZEISS Multifocal Portrait system. This innovative technology supports three focal lengths— 23mm, 35mm, and 50mm—providing enhanced versatility for portrait photography.
