LOCATION CHANGE FOR

4/27/2008
There has been a change
in location for the Bluekatt softball playoff games with
Kermit this week.
The new location is Snyder High School. Game one
is at 8:00pm Friday. Game two is at 10:30am
Saturday followed by game three, if needed in the best
two out of three.

CONGRATULATIONS to the Bluekatt
softball team for winning
the Bi-District Championship Saturday night in Abilene.
After losing game one Thursday night, the Katts bounced
back
Saturday to win game two 17-7 and game three 12-0.
Haskell Takes Game One by One
Run
4/25/2008
Two good Class 2A softball teams squared off Thursday
evening at ACU in Abilene. The Coleman Bluekatts and
Haskell Maidens played the first game in their best of
three series. The final score was Haskell 2, Coleman 1.
Haskell's two runs came early in the game causing them
to protect the lead the rest of the way. It wasn't that
the Katts didn't have their opportunities to put Haskell
away. The Katts left the bases loaded in one inning and
left players stranded on base at other times. Game two
will be played at 5:00pm Saturday at ACU followed by
game three, if needed, at 7:00pm Saturday. The Katts
must win both games to advance in the playoffs.
