This is a convex
picture in a
convex frame
measuring about
25" x 18". It
has been in the
Calk family for
about 25 years,
but it is not
the Calk farm.
It was given to
them by a man
(Bill Alexander)
who said it was
from a house he
cleaned out on a
place that he
leased in the
White Chapel /
Silver Valley
area many years
ago. (The farm
picture belongs
in a different
frame, but I
pulled it out to
take a picture
of it.)
Along with it is
another convex
picture that is
reverse painted
of a European
castle.
They are both
likely 100 years
old. I am
interested in
getting these
pictures,
especially the
one of the farm,
back to the
family that they
came from.
